BY BOOKING ANY BEAUTY SERVICES PROVIDED BY JP BEAUTY CLINIC, YOU MUST AGREE TO FOLLOW OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.

  • BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
    Please create an account before booking an appointment so you can manually manage your appointments.
  • LASH PRE-APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
    - If you have had an allergic reaction to eyelashes in the past, we require a written approval from your doctor to proceed with the appointment. - Please come to your appointment with clean lashes and makeup free. - Please do not curl your lashes on the day of the appointment - If you need a lash removal, please make sure you book one prior. - If you are wearing contacts, make sure you remove them as it will minimise potential infections or irritation. - Please make sure you're on time. let me know in advance as I may have to reschedule you If you’re more than 15 minutes late. Please keep in mind, your deposit is non-refundable in this instance. Optional: bring earphones to listen to your own music
  • NAIL PRE-APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
    - If you have had an allergic reaction to NAILS in the past, we require a written approval from your doctor to proceed with the appointment. - Please come to your appointment with bare nails. - If you need a NAIL removal, please make sure you book one prior. - Please make sure you're on time. let me know in advance as I may have to reschedule you If you’re more than 15 minutes late. Please keep in mind, your deposit is non-refundable in this instance.
  • DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
    A non-refundable $50 deposit will be required to secure your booking. (Surcharges apply). This amount will be deducted from your total service cost and will need to be paid on the day of your appointment. Payments are strictly accepted in only CASH, EFTPOS or by downloading the Beem It app. (No bank transfers)
  • CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
    Rescheduling must be done through the website, if the site does not allow you to do it, you have missed the 48 hour mark. No shows must pay for the missed appointment in full before being able to re-book. Please note: Cancelling and rescheduling can be done via the link in your confirmation of appointment/reminder email or by logging in to the online booking system via our website. For further information please refer to this page. If you change your details such as your mobile number or email it is your obligation to notify us and let us know of the change for your SMS and EMAIL reminders. However, when you book your appointment please ensure to add it to your personal calendar. After you book your service, you will be sent an email that contains instructions for the appointment and the studio address. If you have any questions, please reach out on email or DM’s.
  • INFILLS
    Please schedule your infill appointments every 2 – 3 weeks to maintain your eyelash extensions. Our maximum time limit for infills is 3 weeks – anything over 3 weeks is considered a full set. Even if you still have many lashes left after 3 weeks, the majority will be grown out after this time period and therefore need to be removed. A minimum of 50% of your lashes must be remaining for an infill to ensure quality results. In order to be sure of scheduling your infill appointments at a convenient time within the above time limits, please book as far in advance as possible.
  • FOREIGN INFILLS
    Foreign infills are subject to an additional $20 charge. We do not guarantee quality and results on foreign infills.
  • AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS
    Any service booked outside Jp Beauty Clinic trading hours will be charged an additional + $15.
